This is the only client project on this site. Everything else here is labelled a spec build.
Before
- Enrolment was a paper form at the front desk, typed into a spreadsheet later.
- Fees were collected in cash and tracked in a notebook. Nobody could answer “who has not paid this month” without going through it page by page.
- Batch timings lived in a WhatsApp group. Every change meant another message and another set of parents who missed it.

Student registration
A parent enrols online in a few minutes. The data goes straight into the system. Nobody types it twice.

Batches and timetable
Admin creates batches with timings and capacity, then assigns students. Full batches and clashes are caught before they happen.

Online fee payment
Parents pay from their phone. Receipts are generated automatically. Every payment is recorded against the student.

Parent login
A parent signs in and sees their own child only — batch, schedule, fees paid, fees due, receipts.

Admin panel
One screen: new enrolments, collections this month, pending dues, batch strength. No spreadsheet.

Coach tooling
Coaches open their batch list on a phone and mark attendance. It takes seconds and it happens on the floor, not afterwards.

Who am I actually working with?
Two people. Shivaji writes all the code and runs the hosting. His partner handles first contact, meetings and everything after launch. There is no sales team and no junior doing the work behind us.
How much work have you done?
One platform live in production — an academy management system with registration, batches, fee payment, parent logins and an admin panel. Beyond that there are three demo sites you can open and click through, built for businesses that had no website. They are demonstrations rather than client projects, and every page of them says so. We label spec builds as spec builds because they are.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. There are three finished demos on this site you can click through right now. And we will usually build a page for your own business before you have paid anything — you see the link first, and the 50% advance only comes up once you have seen it and want the real thing.
How long does it take?
A one-pager is live in 48 hours. Five pages take about a week. A ten-page site with bookings takes two to three weeks. An academy system takes three to six weeks.
Who owns the domain, the code and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name. The code is yours. We do not reuse one client's codebase for another client, ever.
What if I already have a website?
Send us the link. If it only needs fixing, we will say so and it will cost you less than a rebuild. If it is beyond fixing, we will say that too.
Do I need the care plan?
Only if you have changes every month — new batches, new rates, new offers. If your site will sit unchanged for a year, skip it and pay us by the hour when you need something.
Where are you based, and does it matter where I am?
We are in Chennai, so that is where we can meet you face to face. Beyond that it makes no difference where you are. Almost all of a project happens on WhatsApp and calls — you send content and photos, we send links — and nothing about that needs us in the same room, or the same city, or the same country. Prices on this page are in rupees; if you need to pay another way, ask.
